The Pneumafil Everclean Versa·Filter is a high efficiency self-cleaning filter designed for handling high air volumes with medium dust and lint loads. It combines high capacity pleated media with high efficiency suction cleaning. It does not rely on a fiber mat to retain small dust particles.

Operating Principle

The patented Everclean Versa·Filter incorporates a single filter element comprised of an endless pleated media belt looped between two pulleys.

Unfiltered air enters each face of the media belt. Larger fibers collect on the outer edges of the pleat and smaller particles build up on the media surfaces between pleats. The cleaned air exits out each side of the media belt.

When the pressure setpoint is reached, the media belt begins rotating around the pulleys and a stationary suction plenum underneath the lower pulley is activated. As the belt moves around the pulley, the pleats open up and air flow through the media is blocked, allowing the pleats to be easily cleaned.

• High media cleaning efficiency. Fiber and dust are suctioned away out of the air stream, preventing reentrainment. The cleaning mechanism never touches the media.
• Mechanically simple operation; no moving parts (except for the media itself) on the dirty side.
• Two types of media cleaning available; pulse jet/suction or reverse air/suction.
• No paper rolls to buy or dispose of.
• Unit cleaning may be provided by a shop vacuum or Pneumafil Fine Dust Filter.
• Multiple units may be valved and controls linked so all stripped dust is captured at a central point for disposal.
