The Pneumafil Fiber Extractor provides you with a virtually unchokable system to collect fiber from preseparators and other sources for discharge into a baler, truck, bin, etc. It has no internal moving parts; no rotating screens, gears, chains, or rollers; no drive motors or doffing rolls. As a result, the Fiber Extractor has minimal energy requirements and needs very little maintenance, while providing long-term, reliable service. Material in the air is directed into the Fiber Extractor and collects on a stationary screen. The control system triggers the purge cycle when necessary, causing the door to the hopper to open and allowing waste to drop out of the unit. Two-chamber units with entry and exit valves provide for uninterrupted operation. Our single-compartment Unit Extractor economically handles material from one or two sources.
