Pneumafil's line of TMP high efficiency static barrier air filters is specifically designed for gas turbine inlet air applications. Incorporating the latest advances in filter media and pleating technology, the TMP products provide a wide range of filtering efficiencies, high volumetric airflow, low operating pressure drop, and high dust holding capacity.

The wet-laid hydrophobic micro glass fiber paper medium used in the TMP is stable and doesn't shed fiber like many other types of media. Continuous, unbroken lengths of the paper media are pleated and formed into individual media packs. Eight such media packs per filter are then sealed in V-shaped arrangements, forming a rigid filter element with a single integrated mounting flange.

Each TMP filter element ships with new gaskets pre-mounted to the face of the header flange. The filter elements may be installed for either upstream or downstream service and airflow may enter the filter from front or rear with no performance variance.

TMP filters are available in four ASHRAE efficiency ranges: 75%, 85%, 95%, and 98%. This wide range enables Pneumafil engineers to select the most economical match for your operating environment. ASHRAE Test Procedure 52.1 is used by independent laboratories to verify TMP efficiencies, operating characteristics, and design integrity. Pneumafil's world class standard Quality Control Program assures every product is right every time. 

TMP filter elements are designed to operate continuously in applications with up to 100% relative humidity, and can withstand intermittent exposure to free moisture.
