| All Pneumafil bags, cages and cartridges are designed to provide superior filtration efficiency for the most demanding applications. Filter bags are available in a wide range of materials. This allows us to select the proper material to match the specific operating parameters of each application. All filter bags incorporate design features to meet Pneumafil's stringent specifications. All bag tops include a hemmed top and incorporate a torsion strap sewn into the top. A tight fit into the precision laser cut tubesheet holes is therefore assured. A wearstrip is sewn into the bottom of all bags to reduce bag abrasion. Pneumafil's exclusive Form-Lock cage design provides a tight, yet simple, means to secure the bags into the tubesheet. Form-Lock cages simply snap into the bag. Labor intensive hold-down devices, common on competitive cage designs are eliminated. Pneumafil cartridge filters feature pleated construction to achieve superior filtration efficiencies and low pressure drops. Cartridge elements are also available in a complete range of materials, finishes and performance. Filter media materials include cellulose, spun bond polyester, membrane and high temperature teflon membrane. |
